From the exhibition ICC centre take the subway U2 to Potsdamer Platz then further take a taxi or the bus 200.
With public transport:
Subway station “Potsdamer-Platz” (U2), take the bus No. 48 till “Kulturforum” stop or No. 200 till “Philharmonie”
